QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Senator Joel Villanueva filed a motion for reconsideration on the decision of the Ombudsman dismissing him from service.
The senator said that he will leave it in the hands of the Senate leadership to decide on the said dismissal.
On the other hand, Senate President Aquilino Pimentel said that he will wait for the decision of the Ombudsman regarding the motion of reconsideration filed by Senator Joel Villanueva before taking steps.
