QUEZON City, Philippines – Formerly one of its opponents, Senator Ralph Recto now said that he will support the return of the death penalty if the proposals gains majority support at the start of the 17th Congress. On the other hand, Senator Panfilo Lacson earlier said that he supports the return of the death penalty but not in the form of hanging.
