SAN Juan, Metro Manila (Eagle News) – In her Independence Day speech in the Pinaglabanan Shrine, Senator Grace Poe said that the Filipinos are not fully free when there is no transparency in government transactions. According to the senator, this is the reason why the Freedom of Information (FOI) bill should be passed.
