(Eagle News) — Senator JV Ejercito on Wednesday, Oct. 10, took his oath as the newest member of the Nationalist People’s Coalition.
“Hindi kasi magandang tingnan na dalawa kaming magkapatid na nasa isang partido,” he said, referring to his half-brother, former Senator Jinggoy Estrada, who is a member of the Puwersa ng Masang Pilipino of which Ejercito was a member.
The PMP is headed by Estrada’s and Ejercito’s father, Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada.
According to Ejercito, he has yet to meet with his father to talk about his move, but that “nagpasabi na ako.”
