MANILA, Philippines, August 17 (Eagle News) — According to Senate President Franklin Drilon, after the sponsorship of the new proposed bill that aims to replace the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), the Senate will start the debate on the said law to ensure that it will passed as soon as possible.
Drilon added that the Senate will ensure the constitutionality of the said bill.
