MANILA, Philippines, September 11 (Eagle News) — According to Senator Alan Peter Cayetano, it is not the construction of new roads and bridges that will resolve the worsening traffic situation in Metro Manila but economic development in the provinces.
Cayetano is now promoting the creation of the Philippine Decentralization Committee to achieve said provincial economic development.
