QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — Senator Panfilo ”Ping” Lacson is asking the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) to explain the lump sum worth Php 409 billion in the proposed 2017 national budget.
Lacson said that because the lump sum was not detailed, there is a high probability of abuse on the lump sum.
