QUEZON City, Philippines, August 5 (Eagle News) — After the Sandiganbayan 5th Division allowed medical leave for Senator Jinggoy Estrada due to humanitarian considerations, the supposed transfer of the said senator to the Cardinal Santos Medical Center did not push through due to the advise of the senator’s doctor.
Senator Estrada is currently held at the Philippine National Police (PNP) Custodial Central due to plunder charges filed against him.
