Scattered rainshowers, thunderstorms expected in parts of PHL today, May 13

(Eagle News)– Scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms are expected in parts of the country on Monday, May 13, election day.

The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said  Batanes and Cagayan will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to a frontal system affecting Northern Luzon.

Flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate rains are possible.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, but this time due to
localized thunderstorms.

The whole country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
