SC suspends work in some courts on Monday, Dec. 23

(Eagle News)–The Supreme Court has suspended work in several courts on Dec. 23, Monday.

In his memorandum order no. 90-2019, Chief Justice Diosdado Peralta said a skeletal force, however, should be present in the following:

Supreme Court

Office of the Clerk of Court, en banc

Office of the Division Clerk of Court, First Division

Office of the Division Clerk of Court, Second Division

Office of the Division Clerk of Court, Third Division

Judicial Records Office

Fiscal Management and Budget Division

Office of Administrative Services, SC

Office of Administrative Services, Office of the Court Administrator

Court of Appeals

Sandiganbayan

Court of Tax Appeals

All first- and second-level courts

According to Peralta, those who will report to work on that day will have a compensatory time-off for one day.
