In its first regular session in 2016, the Supreme Court is set to decide the legality of the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) between the Philippines and the United States of America.
There are speculations that there will be a split decision as three Justices of the Supreme Court submitted their dissenting opinions regarding the draft decision.
