In a resolution, the Supreme Court announced that Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio as well as Associate Justices Teresita de Castro and Arturo Brion will have no participation on the deliberation of the highest court in the land regarding the motion against the decision of the Senate Electoral Tribunal regarding the disqualification case against Senator Grace Poe.
