QUEZON City, Philippines – Supreme Court Senior Associate Justice Antonio Carpio detailed the claim of the Philippines regarding Scarborough shoals using ancient Chinese maps from 1136 to 1912 showing that the edge of China’s territory stops at Hainan Islands.
