QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — The Supreme Court dismissed the appeal of the Hacienda Luisita Incorporated to put a stop in the audit being conducted in the Hacienda Luisita.
In a seven-page resolution issued by the Supreme Court en banc, the petition of the HLI for a 90-day suspension of the audit was not favored as both the camps of the HLI and the farmers already chose auditors.
