(Eagle News)–Davao Mayor Sara Duterte will skip his father’s State of the Nation Address on Monday, July 22.
The daughter of President Rodrigo Duterte said she was currently on “special medical leave for 60 days.”
She said it was because of a “gyne condition.”
The presidential daughter was present in her father’s third SONA last year.
The Palace has said President Duterte has vowed to keep his speech next week short.
It was unclear though if the chief executive would be sticking to a prepared speech or would conduct an extemporaneous speech.
