San Juan mayor Zamora tests negative for COVID-19

(Eagle News)–San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora has tested negative for the coronavirus disease 2019.

Zamora posted the result in a Facebook post on Wednesday, April 1.

Zamora said, however, that he will have to finish his 14-day quarantine, as advised by the Department of Health and following protocol.

So far, he said he was on his fourth day and continued to feel “perfectly OK.”

Zamora had gone on self-quarantine after one of his staff members tested positive for the virus.

The Philippines has so far recorded over 2000 COVID-19 cases.
