Robredo to release her report on country’s drug war next week

(Eagle News) — Vice President Leni Robredo is set to release her report on the drug war on Monday.

According to Robredo, the report would essentially show the problems that needed to be addressed in the country’s campaign against illegal drugs.

Robredo issued the statement after she was fired as co-chair of the Inter-Agency Committee Against Illegal Drugs.

The Palace had said this was after Robredo and her Liberal Partymates taunted him when they said the President should just fire her if he did not trust her.

“Pinagbigyan na nga, nambastos pa,” Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo had said.
