(Eagle News)–Rains are expected in parts of the country today, Dec. 9.
The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms as the tail-end of a cold front affects Bicol Region.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Ilocos Provinces will have cloudy skies with light rains as the northeast monsoon affects the rest of Luzon.
Mindanao, Palawan and the rest of Visayas, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms, while Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon.
