Due to the increasing complaints of parents about their children cutting classes to play at computer shops, the Quezon City Council decided to pass an ordinance banning students from computer shops during school hours.
According to the said ordinance, students can only enter internet shops from 4: 00 PM to 11: 00 PM and can only do school home-works.
