(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday, Aug. 2, visited the injured soldiers confined at the V. Luna General Hospital.

During his visit, the President also promised to upgrade the facilities of the government hospital which provides hospital and medical care to Philippine soldiers.
