QUEZON City, Philippines (Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte will sign on December 5, 2016 an executive order proposing a nationwide firecracker ban.
President Duterte is a known supporter of such ban. During his time as the mayor of Davao City, he implemented a similar ban in the area.
