QUEZON CITY, Philippines (Eagle News) — In his speech at the recently-held 2016 Presidential Awards for Filipino Individuals and Organizations Overseas, President Rodrigo Duterte named three more officials who are allegedly involved in the illegal drug trade.
They are former Congressman Vicente Belmonte, former Iligan City Mayor Lawrence Cruz and another Mayor named Willy Lim.
