(Eagle News) — Officials at the Energy Regulatory Commission may be on their way out.
President Rodrigo Duterte said in his speech during the Orthopedic Association Convention that he would “eventually remove all of them,” including ERC Chair Jose Vicente Salazar.
“I suspended him because of corruption,” Duterte said.
Salazar is facing a complaint before the Civil Service Commission for alleged misconduct, among others.
He was placed on a 90-day preventive suspension by Malacanang.
