QUEZON City, Philippines – President Rodrigo Duterte has sufficient evidence to file a case against Senator Leila De Lima regarding her alleged role as protector of illegal drug operations in the New Bilibid Prisons. According to Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar, Senator Leila De Lima is not an ordinary personality and that’s the reason why President Duterte will not recklessly accuse her without sufficient evidence. Andanar added that the matrix of drug operations in the NBP which shows Senator De Lima’s involvement passed through the careful investigation of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and the Philippine National Police.
