QUEZON City, Philippines – President Rodrigo Duterte congratulated Filipina silver medalist Hidilyn Diaz in weight-lifting. Diaz is the first Mindanaoan and the first Filipino non-boxing athlete to win a medal in the Olympics since 1936.
