Closure to start on April 26

(Eagle News)—President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the six-month closure of Boracay to pave the way for its rehabilitation.

The President approved the proposal of the Department of Tourism, Department of the Interior and Local Government and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources during the 24th Cabinet meeting in Malacañang on Wednesday.
