(Eagle News) — President Rodrigo Duterte appointed former Quezon City Branch 79 RTC Judge Bernelito R. Fernandez to the anti-graft court Sandiganbayan.
In the transmittal letter of Executive Salvador Medialdea to Chief Justice Maria Lourdes Sereno, President Duterte appointed the new magistrate to replace retired Associate Justice Teresita Diaz-Baldoz.
Three positions in the anti-graft court will soon be vacated with the retirement of Associate Justices Jose Hernandez, and early retirement of Napoleon Inoturan and Rolando Jurado.
