President Benigno S. Aquino III expressed his pride in the success garnered by the Philippines in hosting the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit. He added that the Philippines will benefit from the foundations laid for the expansion of trade as well as economic development. The Philippines was also able to garner recognition from the international community.
