QUEZON City, Philippines – According to the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), “Ineng” may enter the Philippine area of responsibility this afternoon and said weather disturbance may develop into a super-typhoon which will also strengthen the “habagat”.
