MANILA, Philippines — Newly assigned Philippine National Police chief Director General Ricardo Marquez has ordered a nationwide security plan this coming holidays and summer vacations.
The PNP chief assured the public with a safe and secure travel of motorist and commuters under its anti-crime campaign, “Ligtas SUMVAC 2016.”
