QUEZON City, Philippines – Senator Panfilo Lacson is positive that the Philippines will be illegal drug-free if the public as well as every sector will support President Rodrigo Duterte’s campaign against illegal drugs. But Lacson also expressed his misgivings regarding the increase in vigilante killings.
