Officials of the Maligaya Development Corporation, together with the adjudicator of the Guinness Book of World Records conducted an ocular inspection on the area were the firework display would be conducted in the Philippine Arena.
The Philippines will attempt to set three world records namely the largest fireworks display, longest line of sparklers lit in relay and the most sparklers lit simultaneously.
