MAKATI City, April 15 (Eagle News) — Acting Mayor Romulo Peña returns to his position as vice mayor of Makati City in compliance to the writ of preliminary injunction issued by the Court of Appeals (CA) as well as the directive of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
