Pangilinan says admin’s destabilization claims “gawa gawa lang”; “Umayos ka nga,” Trillanes tells Palace spokesperson

(Eagle News)—-Critics of the administration slammed Presidential Spokesperson Salvador Panelo on Wednesday, May 8, after he released matrices linking them to a supposed ouster plot against President Rodrigo Duterte.

“Umayos ka nga, Panelo,” Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, who has links to the Magdalo group that figured in the matrices, said.

Liberal Party president Kiko Pangilinan said  the supposed ouster plot was “gawa gawa lang.”

“At nililihis ang usapin sa mga akusasyon laban sa administrayson at mga kaalyado nito,” Pangilinan said, noting that it was the  “nth time that the administration when confronted with controversy falsely accuses the LP of being involved in ouster plots.”

According to Pangilinan, “ang hindi gawa gawa na dapat nilang ipaliwanag ay bakit walang nahuhuli na mga drug lord o pinaparushana na opisyal ng Customs sa paulut ulit na pagpuslit ng toneladang shabu sa (Bureau of Customs).”

“Yan ang dapat nilang aksyunan,” he said.

Apart from the LP and Magdalo, the matrices said Rappler, Neri Colmenares and other leftists were linked to the supposed plan to oust Duterte.

Rappler and Colmenares have already denied the allegations.
