Pangilinan, Drilon deny LP behind “Bikoy,” videos vs President Duterte, his family

(Eagle News)–Senators Kiko Pangilinan and Franklin Drilon on Thursday, May 23, denied the Liberal Party had anything to do with  “Bikoy” and the videos against President Rodrigo Duterte, his family and his allies.

Gawa gawa lang ng administrasyon,” Pangilinan, president of LP, said.

Drilon, a member of the party, agreed.

According to Drilon, “that the Liberal Party connived with an obviously professional con artist to topple the government is most absurd.”

“It is ridiculous on so many levels. It’s excruciating to have listened to all his lies,” Drilon said.

Pangilinan for his part said the ouster plot narrative was being used to cover up for the “mistakes” and “corruption” of the administration.

“Having said that, I urge the Philippine National Police to get to the bottom of this Bikoy issue and file the appropriate charges,” Drilon said.
