QUEZON City, Philippines – Malacañang expressed its desire to re-implement the mandatory Reserved Officer Training Corps to instill discipline in the Filipino youth. Youth representatives, on the other hand, expressed their agreement regarding the desire to instill discipline in the youth but also expressed the desire to explore alternative programs rather than the re-implementation of the mandatory ROTC program.
