(Eagle News) — A 4.3-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Occidental early Monday, April 25. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 6:14 a.m. The epicenter was 174 kilometers southeast of Balut Island. The depth of focus was 131 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
Easterlies affecting rest of PHL (Eagle News) — The Intertropical Convergence Zone is affecting Southern Mindanao.
