3.7-magnitude quake strikes off Davao Oriental
(Eagle News)–A 3.7-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental on Sunday, Sept. 22. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 37 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso at 6:26 a.m. Depth of focus was 38 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
