The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Services Administration said the southwest monsoon will bring rains in parts of the country as it affects Northern and Central Luzon.
PAGASA said Zambales, Bataan, Palawan and Mindoro provinces will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized
thunderstorms, PAGASA said.
