(Eagle News)–A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck Sultan Kudarat on Wednesday, Oct. 16. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, an aftershock of the 6.3-magnitude earthquake in N. Cotabato, hit 16 kilometers southeast of Columbio at 8:09 p.m. Depth of focus was 5 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
