(Eagle News)–Former Senate President Nene Pimentel has passed away. Senator Koko Pimentel, his son, made the confirmation in a Facebook post. He said his father had passed away at 5 a.m. In a radio interview, Commission on Human Rights Commissioner Gwen Pimentel-Gana said her father died after after battling lymphoma and pneumonia.
