The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 22 kilometers southeast of Tulunan at 8:07 a.m. Depth of focus was 12 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.

Another PMA cadet dies, body found at bottom of PMA pool
(Eagle News)–Another Philippine Military Academy cadet has died. The PMA said Cadet 4th Class Mario Telen, Jr. was found dead in the 15-foot deep end of the PMA pool.
