DFA: No Filipino reported hurt in 6.4-magnitude Albania quake

3.1-magnitude quake hits Cagayan

(Eagle News) — A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck Cagayan on Thursday, Nov. 28. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 41 kilometers northeast of Claveria at 5:37 a.m. Depth of focus was 17 kilometers.
