(Eagle News) — A 3.1-magnitude earthquake struck Cagayan on Thursday, Nov. 28.
The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, of tectonic origin, hit 41 kilometers northeast of Claveria at 5:37 a.m.
Depth of focus was 17 kilometers.
An instrumental intensity II was felt in Pasuquin, Tarlac.
No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
