(Eagle News)-A 3.0-magnitude earthquake hit Surigao del Sur on Friday, Dec. 13. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake hit 40 kilometers northeast of Lingig at 6:37 a.m. Depth of focus was 22 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
