The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said light to moderate rains are being experienced over Cagayan, particularly in Baggao, Gattaran, Lallo, Peñablanca and Santa Ana. (Eagle News)-A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck Albay on Saturday, Jan. 11. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake took place at 9:17 a.m. Its epicenter was located 22 kilometers northeast of Rapu Rapu. It had a depth of focus of 23 kilometers. The following intensities were recorded: Intensity III – Legazpi City Intensity II – Bulusan, Sorsogon No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.

DND: First batch of Filipinos to be repatriated from Iraq to be flown to Manila on Sunday
