JUST IN: 4.1-magnitude quake hits Albay

(Eagle News)-A 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck Albay on Saturday, Jan. 11.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake took place at 9:17 a.m.

Its epicenter was located 22 kilometers northeast of Rapu Rapu.

It had a depth of focus of 23 kilometers.

The following intensities were recorded:

Intensity III – Legazpi City
Intensity II – Bulusan, Sorsogon

No damage to property nor aftershocks were reported.
