4.4-magnitude quake hits Masbate

(Eagle News)–A 4.4-magnitude earthquake struck off Masbate early Thursday, Nov. 19. The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said the quake, which struck at 3:56 a.m., had its epicenter 15 kilometers northeast of Dimasalang. It had a depth of 27 kilometers. No damage to property nor aftershocks were recorded.
