(Eagle News) — A 4.2-magnitude earthquake struck off Davao Oriental on Saturday, Jan. 8. According to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, the quake hit at 9:26 a.m. It had its epicenter 101 kilometers southeast of Governor Generoso.
