PAGASA monitors LPA off Aurora; ITCZ affects Mindanao, Palawan

(Eagle News)–The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration is monitoring a low pressure area off Aurora.

PAGASA said the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Palawan and Mindanao as well.

As a result, Palawan will have  cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers/thunderstorms.

Visayas and Occidental Mindoro, on the other hand, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies.

Light to moderate winds will prevail over Visayas and Occidental Mindoro over Palawan, which will have slight to moderate seas.
